Bodybuilding is not just about building your body it is also about gaining and losing weight. For skinny guys who want to build their bodies, they will be advised to first gain weight while guys who are fat will have to engage in certain exercises that will build their body as well as burn fats.

The beautiful thing about body building exercises is that they can be broken down to focus on some specific areas of the body, giving you the opportunity to build specific areas of the body or burn fats in problem areas (usually the guts, butts, thigh and arm). You can do aerobics for one hour each day, just split the time into two different sessions, which will be thirty minutes each. Aerobics will help you burn 800 calories in one hour. It will be hard at first, but with time, you will find it easy. Make sure you are doing it right otherwise, you will not get a good result.
